If LSU can't control LA, they will be in trouble more often than not... fact.

What the hell billing did white not live up to? He never had a billing. You're living in your own delusional world tough guy. But hey you're in your mid 20s and work in the athletic dept so you know. Oh yes, you know.

I predicted 4-6 sec wins and 14-16 wins overall. Looking pretty conceivable.

Look who can track posts. Good for you. Can't spell for shite but has some comprehension abilities. And no, don't work there anymore and haven't for quite some time. But did when everyone's boy Brady was the coach.

If basketball was called football I would agree with you. Fact.

Well let's put it this way... no matter how he does it, next year is the determining year for TJ. And I back him 100 %.

And White's billing was my own. It was incorrect but I thought he would provide more stable inside scoring and rebounding, along with providing a bit more defensive ability against opposing teams and the tough time we had matching Storm with the opposing teams big men last year. I was wrong.

Just more knee jerk reactions from the usual suspects.

How is it kneejerk?

You said yourself its "deplorable".

You're defending all this, arguing back and forth with us, trying to make us look like the bad guy. One day hoping to "bump" this thread and make us eat crow over something we never said.

It's a hell of a crusade, my friend. But I guess you don't even realize you are agreeing with us.

I don't disagree there at all. I think next year needs and will be a good one. There aren't any excused next year IMO.

One final thought, since basketball is not football... you only need about two great players to make a difference. Hopefully Johnny O is one, no go get another one.

All it takes is one player in basketball to make a huge difference. I hope o'bryant is that guy.

There's been no backyard to defend. There hasn't been a national recruit in Louisiana during Trent's entire tenure.

No Bass, no Swift, no Taz, no Big Baby, no Tyrus, no nothing.

And there won't be until 2012.

Please don't lump me in with the posters that care enough about proving other fictional posters wrong that I'm going to spend time using the search function to bump a thread and tell some random dudes that I could give a shite about that I told them so. You are that guy, I'm not that guy and I'll never be that guy. When we win next year, I won't feel the need to tell you what you'll already know.

It is deplorable. No need to quote me I know what I posted. But how many fricking clowns on this board need to insert themselves when they've never spent a minute on any threads leading up to tonight's game.

I think you're a tool Lester. I really do. And I realize that you don't care, nor should you. But I have a lot of belief in this staff. If I'm wrong and they don't show us they're good by the end of next year, I'll admit that I was wrong. But this isn't completely unexpected. It's frustrating, but I still have faith in this staff just think it will take longer than some of us thought.

Well he's the highest rated recruit we've had in quite some time. Randolph was up there as well. And I hope Hamilton proves to be beneficial as well. And I like what I heard about Isaac the other day.

I agree with this.

LSU has let enough great players leave the state over the years that could field 2 all america teams

you dont have to lock it down. But you do have to control it

Well hence why our last coach isn't here anymore. And we have controlled it as we've wanted under this staff. The guys instate they've wanted, they've gotten. You can argue about players that they didn't have as highly rated as others out of state, but I'm not thinking those guys are better than what we have right now.

I dont know, i havent read the game threads. I never do. Several people in this thread, ive noticed talk basketball all the time.

I am tool? lol. I thought you weren't mad.

I really think you are mad, and you know in your heart that you will blindly defend the program 100% no matter. But you don't have the balls to admit that I am somewhat right. And that makes you mad.

Not to mention you are a hypocrite. Calling it a knee jerk reaction, and in the next sentence say EXACTLY what everyone in this thread is saying that you are also disagreeing with. How can you sit here and bash anything that any of us are saying when you claim to feel the same way?

frick dude, you made up all these excuses after Nicholls St and told us the same shite. I can understand how you feel right now.

And yea, a lot of people dubbed White the next Lloreda. I dont know what they expected from a 9/6 guy in the same league just 2 years ago. Blind homers. Take off the glasses and get real my friend

That was true before Trent came.

There hasn't been any real good talent to get after the 2008 recruiting class. This is unusual though.
