I always try to get there early so I can stand next to Mainieri in the dugout. Im way more involved in the game that way & feel somewhat like a program insider.

Saturday night I was there right up until gametime. I patted the ump on the butt after the throw down to 2nd. That big sumbitch turned around smiled real big and gave me a wink. Talk about nervous, I got the hell out of there.

I went and stood in the dugout next to the guy who gets there early so he can stand next to Mainieri. Not quite as good a view but I felt safer.
