My point is he can face the bigger/higher level of competition, call it whatever you want but he will play as well as suttle would.

Worst case scenario is that LSU gives up a bunch of points but still wins big, something like 55-28.

You are right, REAL trophies should be able to be repaired with Elmers glue.
Its ok, when you are a big time program, they just give you a new trophy.
Listen, my alma mater is NLU (ULM) we won a 1AA title, and hell beat Bama last year....but real programs will and do routinely wipe the floor with the Warhawks...I love em, and they would make noise still in 1AA, but lets be real.

Actually the BCS trophy is about 3 times the size of yours. and yea who wants a Waterford Crystal when they can have the generic also ran confrence trophy...how my D-II/D-I FSB, BFS, BSF...what ever players were drafted into the NFL last year, like 10 out of 252. Every great player would rather have your trophy over a BCS little egg!

Appguy your really ae delusional enough to think that Edwards is going to be a one man wrecking crew against the likes of LSU's defense. If he is your one and only hope then you have NO HOPE! One guy can be stopped if there isn't someone else to take up the slack your screwed...and You are screwed!

Yea...because a conference loss is so much bigger than the first FBS ranked school ever to lose to a FCS school plus we all know how bad the pac 10 is overall.

because whether an average person has heard of them makes SUCH a big difference on the field when the games being played!
with regards to the Wofford game if you want to know why we lost - Armanti Edwards didn't play for half the game, plus he shouldn't have been in it at all since he was still hurt.
that and we had no answer for the triple option offense.
