Very true. LSU could end up on one of your rings, if we don't play well.

BTW, are you planning to score any points in this game?

Nah. Not really. And it won't be against Appy St.

Fact: LSU has not lost an out of conference game under Les Miles. This includes wins over Arizona St, Miami,Arizona, Notre Dame, Virginia Tech and Ohio State and App St.

give me solid facts why playing at night/big stadium help

LINK

Tiger Stadium first opened its gates to fans in the fall of 1924 as LSU hosted Tulane in the season finale. Since that first game in Tiger Stadium, LSU has gone on to post a 354-138-18 (.716) mark in Death Valley. LSU's overall home record since start of football in 1893 is 435-159-19 (.725).

Part of the lore of Tiger Stadium is the tradition of playing games at night, an idea that was first introduced in 1931 against Spring Hill (a 35-0 LSU victory). Last year, LSU celebrated its 75th year of playing night football in Tiger Stadium. Since that first night game in 1931, LSU has played the majority of its games at night and the Tigers have fared much better under the lights than during the day. Since 1960, LSU is 202-59-3 (.771) at night in Tiger Stadium compared to a 19-22-3 (.432) record during the day over that span.

But in 1996 & 100 years of Football before that, the record would be 0-0-11. Not a losing or winning season.

no need.........you will find out about Sat night in Tiger Stadium soon enough.

BTW when you see the fans do this it means your offense is no longer on the field. You will see that a lot!

maybe..but when we pulled our starters at the beginning of the 4th quarter in our last game only down 2 scores we weren't super impressed with your vaulted Saturday night gods.

Seems appropriate, the only reason you all are over here trying to get your due is because Mich was sleep walking.....last year...........................you and Bama fans may get along.

You keep bringing up Triple Overtime losses to R-kansas & Kentucky. Why is that relevant? We are the SEC Champions & more importantly the National Champions.

Now there's a champion for you. You had one quarter left and you gave up. That's impressive.

When did i do that? I dont even know what happened 12 years ago?

That is fine, do it all you want. It does not change the fact that you did not beat Mich cause you guys manned up on em, you won cause they were not ready, came out flat, and did not respond. Once again, your lineup is irrelevant to the game outcome, your players just were not then and are not now on the level with the top teams......

I would assume that you all are dominant to Wofford in most every position, so Wofford fans coming up to you and telling you they are as good as they were in 07 is really pointless.....dont you see that it really does not matter?

IF LSU runs the ball, does not commit stupid turnovers, and isolates your one and only real threat (all of which they should do) we will beat you quite handily.

Wrong, the starters were pulled cause App was down 21 pts shortly after the 4th quarter begin...

LSU had the ball the last of the 3rd and still was driving at the start of the 4th and scored a few seconds in...

Not you, sammich keeps bringing up pre overtime rules a la 1996

I only bring up the Arkansas and Kentucky losses when people rag on us for losing to our division opponent Wofford.

They actually come up to us (and others)saying that theyre better than Michigan because of it.

Youre probably completely correct with that statement.
I know youre not Michigan but - You could have said the same thing for them but they only completed one of those 3 expectations(running the ball) and that wasn't expected by anyone but us.

Im sure you (the grammar police) have been sitting there waiting till page 9 for that one.

NC is a heck of a lot less redneck than Louisiana, Many people I know who have lived in both agree. We also speak more proper English than the crap I hear coming from cajun mouths in my time in Louisiana so I don't want to hear it.
