Working on a patient who played for the Gators back in the mid eighties. He was decked out in his Gator gear and about to head down to Gainesville for the game. He and Clayton are good friends so when I told him I was an LSU fan he pulled out his phone and called up Mr. Clayton. Michael gave him hell about the game and had high praise for Burrow. Cool story I know but it took me by surprise.

He is a Tiger legend for sure, maybe one our top-3 wide receivers ever. That said, his NFL trajectory is a WTF if there ever was one.

My favorite wr at LSU. He was a huge target and would lay your arse out.

Pretty cool. Idk if any of yall remember Tk Fleming. Was an outstanding safety prospect for us years ago. He was hanging out at my house and Les Miles called him and he put it on speaker phone. I looked like a girl seeing the Beatles for the first time. I loved ole Les.

Second favorite after Josh Reed. Can’t believe he didn’t do more in the league

The guy put him on speaker phone. I was just there working and chatting with him about the team and the game. Nice guy. Said he was about to have his fifth child. He said he has 3 girls and a son. Said he had to keep the family name alive and one son wasn't enough to guarantee it. Super nice guy.

TK Fleming was from Benton High and I heard he had some inappropriate issue with some girl. I ran into a dude at the beach years ago that said their family tried to help TK but he made too many poor decisions. Kid was an absolute freak

Have met Clayton a few times, super nice guy. Last time I saw him was in 2016 right after Orgeron had taken over as head coach, and had invited former Tigers to join in the Tiger Walk. Clayton was coming in from Tampa for that and was pumped, because apparently Miles hadn’t done that with players before he coached. Naturally he had nothing but incredible things to say about Saban.

I always thought that despite being a really good receiver, he would have
been a great safety

One of my fav tigers of ALL TIME. Not only was he an incredible receiver, he could hit as good as any defensive player on special teams! Dude was a beast

I’ve got an autographed game used helmet (not his I assume) with a picture of him signing it.

I lived in WCA in the same building as Trindon Holiday. Gave him a head nod and he said “sup?”

"Naturally he had nothing but incredible things to say about Saban."

Always wondered what past players might say about Saban. Had two HS classmates last two weeks after Saban arrived at LSU. Never got the details. Other than the convulsing Dolphins lineman he stepped over at training camp you don't hear much.
