Sooner in Omaha!

So I love LSU FANS. Had plenty of good moments with y'all at the CWS in Omaha. I am originally from Oklahoma and grandpa took me to Owen Field to Alum/Varsity game when I was 9 and I met Barry Switzer, Thomas Lott and Billy Sims. So Sooner till I die. Now I live in Omaha. Yeah Husker territory. Sucked in the 90's but pretty smooth since, LOL Not going to bore you with other details, but I'm a freak Sooner Fan just like most of you about LSU. I will say this, LSU is the only team out of the 4 in the playoffs to actually play a team outside of your conference worth a pinch of poop. Many props for that. Even though I live in Omaha, I go to one or more games a year. This whole Jalen thing has been different. After Mayfield and Murray, he is a special player, but still kind of weird due to the BAMA thing. Anyways, I believe LSU should be #1 and LOL wish us luck, this is not your grandpa's OU team! Awesome season Tigers and here we go....

At least you are more level headed than the delusional OSU fans on this board. I think it will be a good game if Jalen can get some rushing yards on the LSU D. Best of luck.

You seem nice enough and I’d say good luck to you as well, but it would be disingenuous. I hope we crush your guys and send Jalen back to Norman with a big fat L to end his college career. We still owe him from his time at Bama.

Who the heck have the Black Eye Peas played? No one other than slow Big 10 folk. We at OU have this thing going on with them, the planting of the flag. Now originally 3 seasons ago OSU beat OU at Norman and the OSU band sat on the center of the OU field playing the OSU fight song for hours, seriously. So the next season, when OU beat OSU in Columbus Mayfield planted the flag. Now Bosa from OSU did a reenactment in the Niners beating of Mayfield and the Browns. But then Mark Andrews, a Sooner playing for the Ravens did the same thing when they beat on the Niners. Whatever happens, OSU cannot win it all this year. OU D is better. Gotta great kicker, but Jalen and the O, don't seem to be clicking like Burrows and the receivers at LSU are, amazing deep ball threat. It's been a pleasure watching a well rounded team like LSU. Not thrilled about playing them but happy to have the chance. Have a great week!

LOL that's the spirit I it love and well said. I love Jalen, the person, he is all about getting it done and respect, but he was still a BAMA guy so kinda funny feeling. Have a good one and congrats on kicking some major arse this year.

Exactly! Lot of throwing and well, you're correct, but a dam good team. THE only team of the 4 in the playoffs that actually played someone outside of their conference. Hats off to that. Have a good one!

Yeah Jalen is awesome but retarded Bama fans are living vicariously acting like they’re in the playoff because Hurts is. Kind of pathetic really.

I’m happy for Jalen. No reason for someone with talent of his level to squander on the bench at Bama. Unfortunately for him, they play LSU in the first round of the playoffs. Was a good season but tigers win in Atlanta.
