Runs win or lose games. LSU has given up a ton of unearned runs. Using ERA as a way to show this team is good is not a good measure.

I understand this is LSU and we should be hosting every year. However this particular team has been playing much better on the road, for whatever reason, so our chances to play in a super regional are better if we play on the road imo.
1 seeds inevitably get knocked off so we could then come back to host a super once we win the regional. We still have a shot at hosting both if we can actually win at home. This isn’t over yet. They do need to turn the dial up a notch though!

We will have to stay in the winner’s bracket to have a realistic chance in a regional. I can’t see the pitching holding up through a loser’s bracket scenario. But you will see the same guys on the mound that you have seen all year & they have done a good job for most of the year. The only difference may be you see Hilliard in game 2, depending on who we play in game 1.
