It’s free agency now and we have a top 3 all time WBB coach
She’s probably already working the phones and has 4 months to get them to campus. It will be a completely different team

It won’t even be a full year. I think a S16 bid would be a great start. Don’t expect it’ll be long before we’re back in final fours.

She'll get some but it's relatively late in transfer season so a bunch of the best have already picked their spots.

No The roster is so bad . They will be well coached but talent is needed. Program should be in good shape in year 3

I think so. Will Wade was able to turn us around almost overnight, and didn't have the benefit of what is essentially free agency.

I'm not saying she is under pressure to perform immediately (although she will hold herself to that standard, which is why she is who she is). I'm just saying it wouldn't exactly be a shock.
