First of all, why would anybody be mad at CSE? If anything he realized the lack of OC could be a problem, not go anywhere and decided against his initial desires to take the job to ensure continuity.
If you want to be mad, be mad at the top of the heap. It even sounds as if CEO tried to interview others and was shot down.
CSE was not my choice either, but he is not who I'm mad at. I am thankful we have him on staff and could do MUCH worse. That man bleeds Purple and Gold.

Bobby Hebert said on the radio last nite that he "had Coach O's back." This is the guy that went after Les Miles in press conferences. I would hope there's at least one or two media members who have the fans' back.
