was the wild cat with Kirklin(?) that resulted in a fumble?
Hopefully no surprises like that on Saturday but maybe some good wrinkles in th offense.
I'd like to see a two RB set with CEH and Fournette, with Burrow in the shotgun.

I was going to correct him too, but then I thought it sort of worked in this scenario.

Thanks for the response.

Speaks volumes that that is seen as a wrinkle. I wonder if we even practice sometimes

I was trying to subtly correct him by using the correct word but I guess I was flying too far under the radar.

Had to be Kirklin in the wildcat. Unfortunately he fumbled after a short gain. I think we see it again against ATM. Kirklin ran the ball well in high school and could be effective as a change of pace against Aggies.

Fournette

I was going to type "Must have gotten away," but then read the other threads that already corrected it.

The Secret Playbook is elusive. So much so that it has never been spotted. It has managed to elude Tiger Stadium and other SEC venues for many years.

Orgeron has said that Kirklin is electric with the ball in his hands. Just because he fumbled doesn't mean he's not a talented guy with skills. I was hoping they'd give him a shot in the return game. We could use a special teams TD ala Beckham, Honey Badger, Tre White, etc.
We need a little creativity in our offense. What happened to Racey McMath?

If Kirklin is so electric and dangerous then why in the heck hasn't he been a key role in the offense all year?
Posted on 11/21/18 at 6:28 pm to SouthernInsanity
Oh well at least he attempted something different with a little creativity. Can’t hold that against him for trying
