Just trying to keep track of who this fanbase disowns because a player did something they don't agree with.
We putting Marshall on the same list with Ja'Marr Chase, Greedy Williams and, of course, Eric Reid?

I see it as something that will make fans mad now, but that they won’t hold against Marshall long term. They’ll talk about it through the draft, and maybe grumble a little next season, but they’ll get over it. In a couple years, no one will care about him opting out. However, if after opting out, he publicly trashes his time at LSU a la Ben Simmons, then he’ll be permanently disowned.

Chase opted out before the season. Williams and Marshall quit on the team during the course of the season. Different situations. Reid is just a race baiter and piece of shite. Glad to clear it up for the terminally dumb.

They are Tigers. We love them. We are their fans forever. However, Marshall should have finished the year.
He is a first round pick. He should go Pro. But What message does he send his fans and his underclassmen team mates by calling a players only meeting then quitting a week later?
I hate that for him. But it defines him.

If he starts balling out in the nfl I don’t think anyone will hold it against him. If he flops then the idiots will come out to kick him while he’s down with “shoulda stayed” shite

Simmons could've played internationally for a year out of high school, or he simply could've sat out a year.
