So is it confirmed LSU definetly going back to 4-3 defense??

I think Coach O is doing the right thing if that is indeed happening. Would explain the push for top d-lineman. Just never thought LSU was as good on defense when they ran the 3-4. I think the 4-3 will bring LSU back to being a more pressure oriented defense going forward.

We need to have a defense that is an ameba that adapts to the competition like Steele put a 2-3-7 defense to try to stop us this year. I thing the primary concept will be 4-3-4 or 3-3-5 like we ran a lot of this year.

4-3 Base is only on the field when people are in base personnel.
Most football in college and pro is in 3 wide the majority of the time which really makes Nickel the new base defense.

I’m thinking that these days there no diff btw a 3-4 and a 4-3 anymore.

Bama can run a 4-4-4 when the REC is reffing.

• We're not signing 7 DTs
