Id rather watch old game films with Curly Hallman as head coach then to watch and or listen to Les Miles open his mouth or call a single play.

You must not have seen the originals. I'd watch Les toss drive all day before I watched 10 minutes of Curley.

You all laugh about the “toss-dive”, but I have seen a lot of teams start running it more.

The toss dive is a great play, and we used it well and properly. Every offense has a bread and butter play or three. Off of that play(s) other things open up and are exploited. All offenses work this way.

If you were a fan of Texas tech you would be tired of the quick slant or the flanker screen.

This is the most accurate post in this thread, yet you have about 50% down votes. Kinda tells me that about 50% of the asses who type shite on here really are clueless.

it will take a year or two to rebuild the OL and get a QB.

but, LSU games are much more fun to watch and it's not close.

LOL, oh yes I did, even had the bumper sticker that said Help Curly leave early

But at least he tried something different all the time, he was just a shitty coach, but he spoke well on TV.

MILES? man WTF... sorry, just couldn't stand his voice towards the end. IGNORANT...

Much rather have Les than O. And it’s not even close.

I am. It got really old when opponents would stack the box and Miles would run right into it. Plus, it seems Miles had no chance to develop a QB because he made them so paranoid of turnovers that they couldn't throw a pass. Maybe Orgeron isn't the answer either, but at least we're not just banging our head into a brick wall.

There's really no point of comparing the current regime to the last one. Miles is gone and he's not coming back. Miles is ancient history. You might as well be bitching about the fall of Rome.

Ahh yes, snow flake and fricktard. The refrain of the intellectually challenged.

Didn't mean to trigger you by insulting your hero Curly Hallman.

Miles sentence structure wasn't nearly quite as ignorant as yours.

Maybe it got old, but 10 seasons out of 11 Miles offenses scored more ppg than 2017.

We live 1000+ miles away, have season tickets and even though my wife is a trooper, couldn't get her to go to any more Les coached games. She'd rather do a weekend vacation on the beach. For what it's worth, she's back in and it's exciting again.

Yea, losing to Troy and getting blown out by State was such a treat. I really wish Miles would have given us that opportunity at any point in his 11 years here. How nice of O to give us those games in a 3 week window.

Should have waited another year and all the venom would have been aimed at him, or would 9-4 feel better with a different coach.

Can you imagine how many petition signatures to fire alleva there would be if this would have happened?

had the easiest schedule in over 2 decades and lost 4
had an offense that was worse than all but 1 miles offense.

Now we'll just get accustomed to losing to SunBelt teams yearly.
