I am. The freshmen look legit. Pitching seems to be there. Just need patience at the plate

Yes, this weekend will shake off a couple of the bandwagon fans and make it more enjoyable for the diehards.

I'm hopeful. I would like to see our younger guys mature and be ready by the end of the season. With the exception of Poche and Newman, I'm not sure about our staff. The kid looked good today. I was hoping that Gilbert would be a starter, but he may be in the long setup role again. Where is our lefty out of the pen? A specialist for lefties?

I am for sure. I made my Omaha reservations last week.

Of course. Giving up 2 losses early in the season to Top 10 teams doesn't end our season. Shows we have more work to do than most thought, but I have confidence we can put it together. That trip to FL will be the true barometer of where this team really is.

You would think we lost to two bottom feeders and not two top 10 teams with the way some are reacting. But yes, this is a very talented team.

This was a great weekend IMO. Good taste of how on point they need to play to make the next jump...

Yep, id rather play teams like this early on and go 1-2 then playing some northern team and beat them all by 9 each day

Yes. But I use to think they were too good for CPM to screw it up. Now worried.

Last years team was dead in the water in march and ended up a game away from Omaha. Never know how the team is gonna come together.

They should never lose a game.

I am. The starting pitching is legit and the lineup can hit top to bottom. They have to catch fire at the right time, and some relievers have to improve to make a deep run. I will say though, anything short of a trip to Omaha this year is a bust.
