Not the case at all. The difference was Jayden was having to carry the entire worst damn defense in LSU history on his back in every single game. As great as Jayden was, even he couldn’t over come the horrid defense in those few losses. I’m not sure any QB in history would be able to run the table with last years LSU defense

J Daniels played great last year. But just seamed he didn't have the same leadership and fire as Joe. More he got hit, the more pissed off he got. No way we lose games last year with Joe playing.
News flash: leadership displays in very different ways. Burrow is a serious dude so his leadership style is likewise serious but JD5 is quiet and smiles frequently.
But in no way should anyone be dissing JD5's leadership. I find your take utterly bizarre.

Well maybe one because defense was bad. But defense wasn't exactly the best either in 2019.
According to data and various sporty pundits last year's LSU defense was statistically the worst in 100+ years of LSU football history (1893 was the first football club) - others have posted comparisons of 2019 and 2023 D's in past threads but here's a snippet in case you want to replace "wasn't exactly the best" phrase with a bit of data:
"In 2019, LSU's defense allowed 21.9 points per game, which ranked 32nd nationally, and 344.2 yards per game, which ranked 31st nationally."

If you're rolling out a post please (FFS) provide additional context instead of a rando cryptic comment - THANK YOU

Bruh, so every LSU fan knows the context. Sorry if you need a recent history lesson

Skalski is a coach for OK Sooners

BeBe didn't change anything. He didn't know the signals that were being stolen, much less new ones.
Some wacko said Bebe couldn't build a staff either.
Best team in history of NCAA, and now Kelly, after trying and failing to build a competent staff, is rehiring Bebe's coaches. ????

Too much trust in auto spell and not paying attention will do that.

We don’t know what Hulu event this was. What was Skalski ejected from? A football game? A trapeze act?

Venables stealing signs
Not sure if that impacted the game at all.
LSU started its first three series that night with wretched field position. Tigers were limited in what plays they were able to call
