Remember that photo in a magazine, with these 3 from a couple of years back which said how LSU is just loaded with the top talent in each of the major sports at the same time on campus. And what happened?

Simmons had a forgettable year at LSU, saw coach fired.
Fournette had a forgettable last year at LSU, saw coach fired.
Lange is now having a less than stellar last year,.....

Fournette only didn't have a great year because of injury. He still broke the single game rushing record in like 17 carries at about 80%.

And besides a couple bad starts, Lange is still having a stellar year. He's got 0 run support.

Simmons got drafted #1 overall.
Fournette will likely go top 10.
Lange is TBA.

Seems like a talented trio to me.

Fournette had a phenomenal career
Simmons had a fantastic year
Lange is for the most part having a great career

They were great athletes who lived up to their hype despite poor seasons.

Great example that it's all about your team, not just individual players and their coaches.

Simmons had an absloyteky unbelievable freshman year and was drafted #1.

His coach just sucked. Not on him.

The same team, players and coach the year after he left. If that's not very obvious I don't know what could be.

He averaged 19,12,5 as a freshman. He's the only reason why that team had a winning season. Hornsby gets a lot of credit as well but let's be honest TQ showed up when he felt like it and Victor was average.

All-Americans. You know, the list he made at the end of the season.

Lange is 3-4. LSU has lost his last three starts. During that span-20+ IP-LSU has not scored a single run for him. Your take on him living up to expectations is Peak Rantard.

Lange is doing his job. I cant believe he got out of back to back to back bases loaded innings last night with 1 fricking run. That's insane.

The glaring issue is hitting. We hit, we win.
