Should have never gotten rid of Pelini

You don’t fire a guy unless you have the replacement ready to go. It’s running a program 101. Bo also had the defense on the upswing with wins against Florida and Ole Miss plus good recruits coming in. He would have gotten his system working if he was given a chance to stay longer. Plus we had a nice class coming in and he was a proven champion. Make the call O and Woodward.

Ordinarily I would agree, based on the fact Pelini was once a great defensive coach for LSU. However, I still remember that Miss. St game and the fact we made no adjustments at halftime with our DB's getting embarrassed playing man to man. Sure, you can say no way we could be this bad next year if Pelini stayed, but the D this year was embarrasing, too embarrasing! We simply cannot afford to risk another year for a coach that does not seem to be able to adapt quickly to the new offenses of this decade...

I think the Pellini buyout negotiation helped determine how much we can pay the incoming guys.

Almost no one does this.

Disagree, the program was at risk (from the inside and outside). We are better with no formal DC than we were if we kept him.

clearly you just looked at the final score and didn't actually watch the games.

We gave up 609 yards against UF and 558 against Ole Miss, and the Rebels had 6 turnovers which shortened those possessions, or they'd have had well over 600 yards too.

Our defense was awful those two games.

Yeah. I mean ranking dead last in defense out of 127 teams doesn’t mean u should be fired, huh.

Oh,my goodness! I had never noticed some lineback for Florida (can only see the "5") running to our sidelines signaling "no good" while the Florida dork is throwing the shoe.

That’s almost never true.you often fire people because they’re bad at their job.
