Shannon Sharpe picks LSU to beat Ga and earn a no.2 seed, guess who he's got at no.4?

Shannon predicts chaos, he really likes LSU to beat Ga, ND to beat USC, TCU to lose to Kansas St, and Ohio St. to beat Michigan. And like the committee, he is very high on Alabama. His top four seeds are 1. Ohio St., .2 LSU, 3. Ga, and no.4 Ala. Shannon, who is from Ga, says Ga lost four key defensive starters and is not as good as last year.

Skip thinks that Ga is the best team by far of anyone, and USC's QB Caleb Williams is the best player by far of anyone in college. The only thing I approve of with Skip's take is his nickname for USC's coach, he called him "stinkin' Lincoln."

They might, MIGHT let one two loss SEC team in. They aint letting 2 two loss SEC teams in and they are not letting 3 SEC teams in. Not happening.

If they do this, then it is over for the CFP, no one will trust the system after that crap.

No one behind USC has a shot. The 4 teams will come from the top 6 ranked teams in some scenario regardless of who wins what.

I think Shannon could have benefited from the current concussion protocols back when he played the game.

If all that happens, probably Clemson in or Michigan and pin Sec vs big 10 in both matchups

I’ve got news for y’all, and the talking heads say outrageous things to get ppl to talk/click/watch/link.
Their takes are often not based in reality.

I just can't, for the life of me, imagine Bama getting in over a 1 loss ACC champion Clemson.

Correct. Nor would they position LSU and UGA in the same bracket. If we beat UGA, one of us falls in the 2/3 spot, the other in the 4 spot.

^This. The outcry would be legion if that were to happen.

Although I believe both TCU and USC are flawed, and likely each to stumble in their respective championship games, that leaves still the loser of OSU-Michigan. If that game is close, the loser will make the 4-team playoff.
