Would row 30 be far enough out to still be out of the rain and shaded but still see scoreboards? Section 402 to be exact.

And yes i know about visitors section

It never rains in Tiger Stadium so who cares.

I'm row 30 in 407 south endzone and we are just barely covered by the overhang. I'd imagine the seats are comparable.

Yes I would think 402 would equate to section 408 so 407 should be somewhat simular. So row 30 is a good compromise between having coverage and view then?

Very good seats, no plans to change.

You will most likely get rained on. I believe 32 and higher are the covered rows. You may be right where the drip falls actually. But for your sake, hopefully I'm wrong. (It never rains in Tiger Stadium anyway)

I'm on row 29 in 405, and we're just in front of the overhang.

Rather sit in rain than under the overhang... claustrophobic feeling, like you're missing half the experience.

Last time sat there was 2007 vs Arkansas. Exciting game, but was terrible game experience all around

I don't think so. I sit on 33. I think at 30 you just miss the overhang. But you will see the scoreboards. I look at the one in the NEZ.

Hmm poster above said they were on row 30 and barely under. Saw a ticket exchange post for section 402 that read:

Tickets in Section 402 still available. These are one of the first couple rows under the overhang so dry if it rains and in the shade for day games.

This was for row 29

Guess i will have to wait and see for sure.

I sit in row 32 in 405. We are the first row that stays 90% dry. ROW 31 can be an absolute waterfall at times. We get we but only if we get a pretty strong north wind with it. Wouldn't go past row 33. Too much overhang.

Is it possible there is more overhang in the corners than in the middle of the SEZ. Seems to be a good bit of variation as to where the overhang is.

Yea. People use the 1st. row of the upper deck as a ledge. Not only that, when it rains hard the gutter/waterfall effect hits at about row 30.
