We should kick him off the team. And if Duplantis doesn't get a hit here, he needs to also be gone. There is zero excuse not to strike everybody you face out, and zero excuse to not get a base hit every time you bat. This is LSU!!!

Tell him under no circumstances do you throw fastball down the pipe on an 0-2 pitch for the rest of your fricking life...

Regardless the only shot to host now is to win the SEC Tourny!

I wouldn’t trust Hess to close out any game. His pitch execution is terrible when the chips are on the line. He could strike out the side or he walk a guy on 4 pitches and then give up a 2-run homer on an 0-2 count. It’s not like this was a blip on the radar. It’s become routine.

We should eliminate “fans” that think baseball is easy and that throwing and hitting 95 mph fastballs is a simple athletic move. it’s laughable at how many morons we have posting about players and their abilities.

Your an idiot and clearly haven’t followed the other teams on the bubble to host. We probably still host even if we lose game 1 of the conference tourney. This year isn’t like most where 18 conference wins is all but a lock to host. Pay attention to more than just LSU

Nothing different. Just didn’t come through today. He’ll have another chance.

That’s just it. How many chances does he get? Need a 3 run cushion to let him pitch. By my count he is 0-2 in the closer role..
