Sankey is going to have to make a decision

LSU has some strong reasons not to play on 11/19. Player safety and student athelete's grades being primary reasons not to play.
Sankey's call was for reasonableness was probably the right position before UForfeit did what they did.
Now he is going to have to make some tough decisions which he should have made last week. His indecision last week has led to a big mess.

Sankey could not make Florida play the game, and he cannot make LSU and Florida reschedule it. That's the issue here.

If I'm LSU I refuse 11/19 under ANY circumstances.

I don't think LSU cancelling a home game should even be on the table. It's craziness

The best decision was to move the game to Sunday or Monday. He let Florida make him their bitch.

Either they move the cocktail party and we play 10/29, or UF can forfeit.

Yes he can.
But I don't think he has the chest.
He should have said today that this game WILL be played come hellvor high water.

That bye week has done us no good lately. Wouldn't sadden me to see it go. Maybe lsu putting the bama game on such a pedestal has been a problem.

Sankey is a policy wonk, weakling. He is an embarrassment to The SEC. He wants consensus which will not force him to make a decision.
They "white boarded" all day long....what is that???? This is a mess because he did not have the "stones" to tell Florida to play the game Sunday.

LSU should refuse to reschedule. It is not in the best interest of the student athletes or the program.
