He is making a push for Ryder Cup consideration. He has really stepped up his game over the last year or so and eliminated most of the blow up rounds that kept him out of contention before.

Bill Haas and Billy Horschel both won their first events the year before the fedex cup win, Justin Thomas and Spieth won their first events 2 years before winning the fedex cup.

I agree, his consistency has improved immensely.
