I kinda prefer Arnolf at 9 but defer to your opinion. You seem to watch a lot more baseball than I do.

They’re the next actual threats after the top 4. Arnold more so than Thompson. They need to both be clustered around the top 4. Beloso is mixed in to break up the RH bats, but otherwise I’d have Arnold at 5.

Same here. I’m confident in this lineup outside of safford at 2. Hopefully he proves me wrong

If he pulls Arnold out of the lineup again this weekend I’m going leave a flaming bag of dog shite on his porch

I don't know what to think. I like the personnel. Lineup situation is okay. We're always pretty horrid against LH thumbers. Hellmers shouldn't throw for very long, if we expect him to be available this weekend. Edwards will probably throw some, but he shouldn't be burned either. Hope to see Money and maybe a LH or two get some work. Fowler and Millas have looked okay in a small sample size - maybe we should take another look at those guys.

Paul said Hellmers would only go a couple then we’d see a bunch of pitchers. He named Money and Edwards specifically. But then again he also said Safford would leadoff so who knows what he decides to actually do.

I’ve missed a lot of weekend games live and have only gone back to watch highlights of a few. How has Safford looked in his ABs? I don’t think I’ve seen him yet.

Very limited sample, but looked overmatched. Fastballs by him, chases a little bit up, hips swing open on good offspeed. Again, very limited sample so who knows.

Some competitive. Some not. No good results yet. 1-15. 5 Ks. 3 BBs.
