I think we always knew what RC wanted.

I’m also not sure that he’s not the one that fed the discontent from the outside.

Former players meddle too much, here, thinking they are helping. And if you can tell me that the social justice lessons that were levied from within and outside were a good thing, look at the result this year.

We should offer RC the head coaching job. Think about it.

This isn’t nearly as big of a deal as being late to speak to the team about the George Floyd killing and the BLM stuff. I would bet most team members don’t give any more of a shite about elections than your average 18-22 year olds.

I don’t care how YOU feel about, the team is made up of a large percentage of young black men and they feel they are a target of certain law enforcement members. This is absolutely an issue the coaches should have had their back on from the start.

It’s clear Clark has been a cancer to the program for some time. Ties need to be cut immediately. Should have been done a long time ago.

He’s a Saban loyalist, he doesn’t give a damn about LSU.

Clark butthurt his son wasn’t given a sholarship a couple years ago. His tweets in the past show his disdain for LSU. He blasted Ed for simply saying Trump doing a good job on TV and having a political opinion different than his. He was in the ears of the players and casuing discord, yet Ed still let that little prick around the team. RYAN CLARK hates white people and it is very evident. I am pissed they let him on AFR so he could say the very things you posted - all of which were because of him. He had the most negative impact an alumni could have on this team and is now watching his words and actions burn it to the ground.

Why do people care what politics any athlete or coach have? It blows my mind that we care this much. I am firm believer in say what the hell you want to say about your political opinion that is your right. Now it is also my right to not care and just want you to play or coach.

I’m not saying “shut up and dribble” I am saying “say whatever you want i don’t really care now go dribble”

He should’ve never gotten on Fox News, never wrote the book, never done 60 minutes, and shouldn’t have been standing in between the governor and the Vice President when Pence visited.

Don’t have a problem with this and only weak minded and easily influenced individuals would (and that’s part of the problem it seems), but well before all this he shouldn’t have opened the locker room and football ops doors for former players, local media, and good ol boy network in the first place. Ironic the move that played a big role in him getting the job is now helping to cause the implosion of the program.

I don’t care about his politics. But it doesn’t matter what I think. He should be worried about what his players think though.

He did feed the discontent and went public with it. There is a reason most coaches keep former players at an arms reach from the team.

Yeah and it's at least partially YOUR fault, RC.

I don't like Orgeron and I want him fired because I don't think he's the right man for the job, but this is basically Ryan Clark standing over a fire that he helped start and gloating about it.

It always has amazed me how those who did not build something have the ability to help destroy it in a nanosecond.

Great job, RC! I know you are proud of yourself. I bet you get lots of pats on the back from your SJW media ilk for the big assist here.

He made himself a political figure and it became too much about Coach O and less about LSU. I don’t think RC made it any better but O should’ve handled all this a little differently.

This is exactly right. You have to read the room and know who you’re recruiting

A salesman in the oil industry isn’t going to provide for his family if he’s standing next to an anti-oil lobbyist or goes on 24/7 news networks saying that the Green New Deal isn’t so bad
