I don’t get the logic behind you guys going 3-2-1 with the rotation.
Now 2-1-3 makes sense. LSU never has went 3-2-1.

I figure at this point we’re still not sure how many innings Henry is going to be able to give you. I’d hate to throw him in Game 1 and you end up using 3-4 pitchers.

He’s pitched 2 innings over the past month I don’t really think you can consider him that at this point.

Marceaux is pitching Saturday. I was Henry, Marceaux, Walker but I think you go Walker, Marceaux Henry. I like the veteran starting game one to ease some nerves and then go with the two freshman. I also don’t know how many innings you will get out of Henry and don’t want to hurt the bullpen in game one.

If we have to pitch walker to beat southern we got problems.
You pitch whoever is your number 3 or 4 first.
Then save your 1 for Saturday.

Thats what we would be doing. Walker is our 3 buddy. You pitch him game 1 and hopefully he goes 6-7 innings

Henry has the most electric stuff on the staff currently. He’s expected to be able to go a minimum of 75 pitches this week. With the way our bullpen pitched this last week I think your rotation will be:

Peterson, Hess, Beck, Hilliard, Fontenot first out the pen.

Who is the very best pitcher right now? He goes game 2.
If the 4 seed comes into BR with some big big arm that can really shut down an offense (unlikely but it happens) then you throw your 2.
If not you throw your 3 against the 4 seed game 1.
