I mean... we know how TJ is when he’s getting hit over and over again.

I dont Think that’s getting better against Alabama.

As I have stated multiple times and will continue to state. Finley has the potential to win you big games. Max has the potential to keep them close. Go for the win.

As soon as Finley starts playing like shite, switch QBs. But if Finley is playing out his arse, he could beat Bama.

He’s not winning anything when he’s getting beaten to a pulp by early 2nd Quarter

Rohan was also saying Finley should start over Brennan if he were to come back after Finley’s first game

Why shouldn't he? He's played better than TJ since TJ's first game.

Better yet, platoon them. Both are true Frosh and both would benefit.

No he can’t. Not this year, not with this defense and not with this O line.

Max might just be a winner. I want to see what he can do over the first quarter. His numbers haven’t been bad.

Nice to put Max in the game up front instead of when we have the ball at the 1 yard line and losing.

I think we better have a third quarterback ready to go.

Rohan was a successful QB at the collegiate level and your credentials are?

And this makes him immune to being wrong? If he really was calling for Finley to keep the job even if Brennan was healthy, then his opinion doesn't have much credibility to me.

To be honest, I think how the O-line performs is more important than whoever will be back there playing QB. Both are freshmen and will make freshmen mistakes. But if the O-line plays like it did last week, it won't matter who is back there because they won't have success. And if the running game is like it was last week, it won't matter either.

And how are you able to make that distinction. Johnson has not yet been able to start a game . Finley get shaken when he is getting hit. Then y’all want to put Johnson in to play. What kind of a defensive arse beating do you think Alabama is going bring Saturday. They will blitz our arse almost every play. Johnson deserves and has earned the right to start. You can’t determine who will win games or not by watching true freshmen playing behind this inexperienced offensive line. Burrows first year at LSU in 2018 he got killed due to the lack of protection with the offensive line but the next year the line improved drastically and look at the season he had. We have two freshmen QB’s that will only get better with time but you can’t tell who will be the better of the two this year and if we don’t let both of them get the same opportunities to play you will never know. Both need to start games and we can begin to see which one will exceed.

I think we save this who is the better young QB argument for when we aren’t playing Bama. Both of them will fail miserably this weekend unless the O-Line magically gets competent.
