I listened to whiskey and wine last night and they asked Rohan what does he see from the defense. He said he payed very close attention to them and said that they do not trust each other to be where they need to be and that’s why they are out of position.

Good players get out of position trying to make up for other guys.

They played well aside from some outside runs that we aren’t fast enough to tackle. No busted coverages.

Ro was probably drunk

Damone Clark and Glenn Logan fricked up contain allowing a 30-40 yard TD run in the very first drive.

Exactly. Lb should have been scraping outside hard if Logan is to dive inside like that

LBs are slow and safeties are poor in coverage. Flott is better inside.

I have said all season I don't think it's pelini. I'm not saying pelini is an elite coach but these players are not understand what he is teaching, and are not executing middle school technique

I honestly think our best talent is young and needs development. It’s that simple. Need help at safety.

I remember flott getting beat on one by a TE. Play action toss.

That’s not a bust. A bust is when nobody is in a zone. Look at Mizzou game for busts

It seems like assignment football is a lost concept on the defense. One has to do one's assignment and not worry about what the guy next to you is doing. It really is very simple. Just do your assignment.

This is LSU. There’s not a soul on defense who doesn’t have the speed to make the tackle there. It’s the thinking, miscues, and slow reactions that open them

Not only that but there are no leaders on defense. We have no leader at MLB to direct people.
