Again, O isn’t fixing it, he hired someone else to.
O himself can’t fix the offense like Jimbo, or Urban.
O can keep making changes till he finds something that works, but so probably could a lot of people.

I think He drew up the defense’s playbook.
Yoi think he’s letting 32 year old Assistants bring their own playbooks?
Ever notice his defense is more or less the same through every DC?
I give o credit for trying new things but you don’t get credit for fixing the offensenif your at just blindly hiring and firing people till something works

Ree/Jeaux is clearly an O fan not an LSU fan. Sycophants May have been overused but it is 100% accurate when describing Buckeye Ree/Tiger Jeaux

I agree that the hater and sycophant name calling stuff has gone to the plaid level of ludicrous. But, these names made me laugh for some reason.

Rohan's comments:

"I think Joe's going to make a huge step. I know what it feels like to be comfortable in the second year of an offense. I know what kind of frickin crap he went through this year just trying to get everything right. And he did a fantastic job.
I'm just picturing now his second year. He's had a whole year here. He's had a whole year with his receivers. And he's a smart guy. And he knows what he's doing.
Honestly. um. um. Who the hell's the offensive coordinator? Ensminger! If he lets that boy loose...Man. And if it goes the way I think it will go... I think Big Joe will break my passing yardage... I'm telling you!"
So, is Ro also Ree?

I think Joe breaks the record too. 3800 yards and He rushes for 800 too.
Bruh, if that dude puts up those stats then broken records will be an afterthought.
That's Heisman numbers & a National Championship

Other QBs rushing in 2018:
Lawrence 177 yards on 60 rushes
Tua 190 yards on 57 rushes
Haskins 108 yards on 79 rushes
Burrow 399 yards on 128 rushes
128 rushes is too many, IMO. Like to see it more like 80 to 100.

Pretty sure all the CheeriO's are gonna be good with that.

Burrow is a runner.
Lawrence, Tua and Haskins are not.
They can run, but it’s not a large enough strength to risk it.

Remember that Brennan was injured for part of the season and they throttled Burrow back and didn't let him run. Towards the end of the season they turned him loose. He could easily hit 800 if he tried.

Yeah... RPOs don’t require your QB to run.
The running option is the RB.
They can check into a traditional REad Option if they see man, or they can check into a completely different play presnap designed to beat man coverage.
They don’t require a running QB. Look at the variety of QBs as Baylor. They ran the frick out of the ones that could run.
(RGIII averaged 13 carries a game, Bryce Petty averaged 7)
Thats very much an RPO Offense

quote:Not saying Burrow couldn't hit 800 or 1000. I would just hate to see him take that many unnecessary hits. He's got a ton of talent to dish the ball to. And all are hungry for the rock.

Agree, big passing numbers this fall, too much experience returning, Jeaux is legit, and the playbook opens more!

QB does not have to be great at power reads( like in power spread offense like CUM ran), or zone reads or Qb draws to have some RPO plays. Qb actually does not have to run at all in a RPO. just have a RB as we have seen with many teams. read the box and go from there.

Yeah... RPOs don’t require your QB to run.
And my point is that I want to see Burrow run LESS in the LSU RPO - not more
