I just received an email response from Verge Ausbery He’s the only one to respond so far.
Seems the info out there regarding Miriam Segar
Is incorrect:

I replied thanking him for his response and asked when we will hear the facts.
I will apologize to Ms. Segar, although I didn’t directly accuse her of anything (because I didn’t know if it was true). I said “I’d heard that”.
So at least we have some factual information.

Good on Verge for replying. It’s becoming increasingly clear to me everyone involved over there is starting to feel a ton of heat. Which is a good thing.

I don't know if I would go as far as saying these are the facts...I don't believe anything that comes from LSU at the moment.

Not sure why Miriam Segar keeps getting bashed on here, she's not even in the compliance office anymore. This is Bo Bahnsen's baby, and anyone else that works for him.
