I hope we can get back to this next year with a better team.

Yes, before the stadium expansion in the North End zone and the upper east side deck. Parking was mostly free and easy to find. Prices were affordable and you could set up your own tent without being hassled.

Part of fan base may never come back
For the first time in a long time my weekends aren’t consumed with sports

I wish I could inject the Tiger Stadium Atmosphere on a Top 10 Matchup Night straight into my veins. Nothing better.

IMO, Florida 2007 was Tiger Stadium at its peak.

This.
First time in my life I skipped watching most of the LSU games, and not only do I not miss them, I’m realizing how much more fun things there are to do instead of wasting Fall Saturdays with college football.

Remember when going to LSU football games was fun
If you are ever confused of whether to use was/were... just remove the prepositional phrase
Remember when going to(preposition) LSU football games were fun?
-->
Remember when going [[remove: to LSU football games]] were fun?
-->
Remember when going were fun? (now the sentence sounds idiotic)

But you're wasting your time on a message board reading about LSU sports instead of watching them. Makes perfect sense.
Why is it that people feel the need to come on a sports message board to tell everyone they no longer watch sports? Very strange, but it must be some sort of soul cleansing exercise.

Games were definitely more fun before cell phones became attached to our arms.

What a ride last season was. I was able to attend the UT game with my wife. Great seats for that break out performance. Got to catch every home game. Traveled to Bama to see us slay the dragon, and caught both of the Playoff game against OU and the Championship game. Those memories are what makes this season so tough. No tailgating, young team trying to rebuild in a crazy year.
Come on 2021... Be better!

97 Florida was even better. We were a program fighting for respectability...and were hungry because we hadn't won a championship of any kind in a long time.

Never coming back. It will be medical tyranny, my friend.
