Marshall used this COVID opt out stuff to leave. Devin White clearly was a Top 5 pick. Also projected Top 21 pick also means you can slide the Round 2. NFL teams are definitely going to be curious on why he didn't just opt out this season instead of playing 7 games and dipping during the teeth of the schedule. How convenient you quit right before you face Bama and Florida DBs.

That Fiesta game was not meaningless. It set us up for the best season in school history and who knows how things could have been different with the shadow of a loss to UCF hanging on program for an offseason. Imagine how unbearable the rant would have been with those mouth breathers had they won. We would still be hearing about it.

Seems to me skipping a bowl game cannot be compared to quitting with three games to go....and the next one being Alabama. Maybe its just me...One is a reward and the other is a commitment.
