First of all LSU was suppose to win on the road. Also everyone talked about them only winning 7 games or so due to such a brutal schedule &. ?’s at qb. And of course they had Dave Aranda. Well they beat LSU and just about everyone else with outstanding team defense & great Lber play. They made it to conference championship when no one expected it. I see a lot of similarities with this LSU team. I am starting to gain confidence that LSU wins 10 games which would be great with this schedule

Member when Bobby Boucher showed up at halftime and the the Mud Dogs won the Bourbon Bowl?! Yaw Yaw!

Fans like the OP are one reason why we’re stuck with O and why we’re fricked.

Everyone's going to kill you for screwing up the Aranda timeline, but you had a valid point about the schedule. Everyone was limiting their ceiling to 7 or 8 wins due to their brutal road schedule, and they ended up splitting their 4 hardest games and went 10-2, winning their division.

quote:

The Associated Press and Coaches' preseason top 25 polls were released in August and for the first time since 2009 the Badgers were unranked in both polls. Meanwhile, the first five of their Power 5 opponents were all ranked 17th or higher in the preseason polls with #5 LSU, #6 Ohio State, #7 Michigan, #12 Michigan State and #17 Iowa

Can see some parallels for sure.

People who have absolutely no idea what in the frick they are talking about but defend O because he is "one of us." I want to win God dammit, not financially support the head coach of the fricking mud dogs.

Harris played like he had AIDS that day. If Ettling plays he’s probably serviceable enough to pull out a win. It’s not like Wisconsin tore it up that day either.

I remember the Wisconsin Offensive line led- by Ryan Ramczyk- manhandling the LSU DL.

No doubt.

Spent a few days in Chicago first. Glad I made the trip. One of those once in a lifetime trips with the guys.

The trip was worth it because I got a few days in Chicago, and I got to see LSU play at Lambeau.

The game was crap. From memory, of the 14 points LSU scored, the D put up a TD, and then the D set up the offense with a very short field for the 2nd score. The offense was garbage.
