Remember how good ole Les wanted Chase to switch positions to DB?

As Chase is soon to be a top draft pick, who can ever forget the classic story of his recruiting visit with Miles and the silly bastard not being sold on him as a WR, wanting him to move to DB, and not offering him. Luckily things worked out the way they did, records were broken, and history was made.
Per Chase's dad (story from Larry Holder/The Athletic posted on Twitter):

Well if there was one strength of Les Miles recruiting it was evaluation and development of offensive talent

Les was a cancer at LSU 2014- onward

No, I have erased every Les Miles year except for one from my brain...

Meanwhile he’s begging coeds for handjobs.

He would've been a great RB and probably a good safety as well.

I mean........ obviously it worked out how it should of.... but I think he would have been a successful DB as well. Dude is an elite talent and athlete.

I guess the "dipshit" has more money than you and me will ever see, and I thought he was a great guy who loved LSU with all his heart ! Yes he was stubborn as hell but he was Awesome ?? IMHO !
And Alot of coaches want players to switch positions, you think I hasn't done that ? It all worked out but damn we had some Great years with him ! Grass eating and all !

Les Miles turned wasting offense talent into a fricking artform. This may have been his Sistine Chapel

So glad we got rid of him
Oh wait, now he’s the baseball coach reincarnated

So sad our offense taking a step back made him not come back.

He’d be Derek Stingley Jr if he was a CB. Wouldn’t have mattered.

I'm surprised he didn't want him to put on 30 lbs so he could try him at fullback.

And at the end of the day it’s confirmed Les was an idiot who got by on Louisiana talent not coaching
