You are seeing the Brian Kelly effect. He sold Notre Dame on recruiting tons of four star vs chasing five stars. It's what Kelly does, he has a HORRIBLE history with five star recruits. He literally stopped recruiting Florida for three years while at ND because all the four and five star guys were transferring. He can't handle not being in control. You guys need to get used to this or fire the guy.

In all honesty recruiting now has more “moving parts” than any of us are going to really understand. Rules towards NIL deals and high school students vs transfer portal are going to have a lot of questions moving forward imo
