1. 11:00 am kickoff should help the visiting team. After Liberty beat Arkansas, I doubt their fans are going to fully into the game like if they were competing for the West.

2. Coaching. We simply have the better coaches. CBK will have the team ready

3. Players. We have more talent

4. Liberty loss. A lot of people think Arkansas will play pissed off due to this. I think the opposite. They’re 5-4 and having an abysmal season making me think they’ll fold fast.

The word you seek is "handily."

Other than that, solid post.

People always seem to forget that no matter how good or bad arkansas is, they always play us tough. This is a game they’d love to spoil.

This team isn’t coached by one with the IQ of a box turtle like the last two. They will be focused and motivated.

agree but even though Kelly just won the biggest game of his career he mentioned Arkansas on the field. Not too concerned

Go look at Arkansas schedule and who they beat and then look at there schedule. It's going to be a high of 45 and could be 32 at Gametime. Which is 11am. Don't count our chickens just yet. Plus the Hate Arkansas has for LSU is real. Same with ATM the Hate is real.

This will be a deciding factor in the differences between the previous coaching regime and the current. After a huge emotional win like last night, it would be easy for the team to be a little flat. The way they come out and play next week will be all on coaches ability to motivate...I don't think we'll be disappointed. These kids have something to play for believe they will show up!

Lifelong LSU fan.

Liberty grad.

We beat Arkansas with our 3rd string quarterback who took minimal reps during the week beforehand.

CBK will have the Tigers ready.

Even teams that are well coached have flat spots, this is the flattest of spots and arkansas is getting healthy

A trap for what? We play UAB next week.

I believe the phrase that you're looking for is a "letdown game".

Word on their 247 board is that the Pittman has lost the players. The two arrest of the defensive players doesn’t help.

Hope you are right. But in 1997, after the Tigers beat no. 1 Florida, I drove my fat arse from Pearl, MS to Baton Rouge to watch the Tigers beat Ole Miss. I left Baton Rouge disappointed and angry.

Liberty stoned them at the LOS. Kept Rocket bottled up the entire game. And our offense moved the ball well. CHF does not have the talent of an LSU (or even an SEC team) so he focuses on fundamentals and assignment football. CBK has much more to work with. He will have our Tigers ready.
