Not necessarily untrue. However maybe we should say “Basketball doesn’t care about Woodburp.” The proof is in tPudding.
Washington Huskies: Woodturd takes over as AD and inherits a pretty decent basketball program. However the program soon begins to wilt culminating in 5 straight post season-less seasons. Woodwork moves on to Farmville.
Texas A&M Aggies: Woodnerd goes to A&M. He eventually spends eleventy billion dollars on 5-7mbo Fisher and inherits a team that goes on to finish 16-15. Next year they reach the sweet 16. All hail Wordsworth! However it proves to be an outlier and they go on to change coaches. His chosen replacement takes
5 years to make the tournament.

Foodgirth inherits tPear. You know the story. Wade is an immature careless geek yada yada. Woolworth’s strikes and takes the opportunity to appoint “his guy.” Well you know what happened.
Basketball hates Scott Woodlard.

I am not sure what Scott Woodward can do here when Will Wade embarrassed the basketball program. I would like to have Will Wade back at LSU but Will can be his own worst enemy. I need to see contrition from Wade and a promise not to mess up again.
Wade brought energy and hope to the program. He was Dale 2.0. Sure, the program is struggling now but that’s the penance we have to work through.
