Raise your hand if you wish the Ole Miss Rivalry (Magnolia Bowl) was a more even matchup.
Don’t get me wrong, I love winning this game every year, but I miss the days of old, when this was a proper rivalry.

I fricking despise ole miss.
my brother was a professor there for a few years, when orgeron was there actually. I told him he should quit his job. being homeless would be better than being associated with that place. (he actually thought I was serious, which was funny)
i remember all to well as a student the week after knocking off #1 florida in 97, and eli ripping us to shreds in 2001.
frick ole miss.
my favorite moments are (before my time) billy cannon halloween, bert jones 1 second miracle, and (in my time) eli falling over himself, and les miles taking a knee on the 2 yard line with 5 minutes left

LSU fans can not truly understand the hate for ole miss unless they’ve been to game in Oxford when the Rebels were highly ranked. Their fans are by far the worst when they think they have a chance at a championship.

I’ve been to a game there and you are right..they are insufferable. Arrogant pricks for nothing.
I view them like I view Arkansas and A&M, games we should never lose that we’ll lose more often than we should due to the opposition viewing us as their game of the year.
