I would ask him if Danny McCray could cover him in a flag football game.

Perhaps someone should ask why he doesn't flipflop the DCs, letting the one usually sitting in the pressbox be on the field and the other on the sidelines. Or perhaps swapping at halftime.

Coach: This week when you see McKinley lined up in the slot against McCray (and you will) are going to rely on the same strategy as last week when Harvin was lined up in the slot on McCray?

Coach, when asked about Mallory/Peveto as co-cood, the question was brought up if LSU's defense would run the same scheme as Pelini you said yes LSU would run this same scheme but with more blitzing. I have watched each game and it seems like LSU is not quite as aggressive as they were under Pelini. Can you please explain the reasoning why we are less aggressive this year as compared to last?
As a follow-up. What kind of go did ya'll have this afternoon at practice?

What are you going to ask him? I hope the focus is on defense

Someone please ask Miles when the defensive secondary will learn there fing assingments? We are in to the midseason and at some point they should know and understand the assignments and how to make adjustments as needed.

No question suggestions BUT who was the guy LAST week who was talking about "this ain't the Oprah show" ... he didn't care about feelings? Jim made it sound like he's a regular at the show ...

And to anyone who listened to the post game show on Sat, how bad was it? How many callers got hung up on by Gordy & Charles??? We were in Florida and obviously couldn't hear it.

Thanks.

Give him a hypothetical like "ok, so you're running at full speed and you're on one side, and there's this curtain...let's say a purple one...on the other side; do you think you could run through it? Curtains really aren't that tough to run through...or even throw a ball over for that matter. Plus, you never have to worry about a curtain coming to attack you if you have the ball...they're inanimate...and just stand there...hmmm. I'll hang up and listen.

I need to stop drinking at work.

Great game Coach, by the way, of all the stadiums you've coached in, what's your favorite?
Good luck this weekend, I won't be able to make the trip, I have a Mary Kay party to attend, but I'll be watching on T.V. for sure!

What was the deal on that kick out of bounds ... how the hell can we still be penalized after they reviewed the play?

We weren't penalized. Florida was the one who got penalized.

Plant the idea of putting all defensive schemes in a hat, and drawing blindly before each play and signaling in. Do the same with personnel decisions. Can't do worse. Or have a guest DC every quarter.

Hell, put it in the hat he wears. He'll probably draw the perfect play every time.

We were penalized for delay of game and then they went back and reviewed the play.

it would seem to me that if they penalized us, then that would be a play and then therefore they could not go back and review the play, but maybe there's something in the rules that I don't know about. Maybe the ball actually has to be snapped in order to eliminate the possibility of review.

That's not true. Kick out bounds, penalty on Florida. Delay of game lsu, ball moved back five yards. THEN they went back and reviewed the play. But I was in the stadium, so maybe I'm incorrect, but that's what I saw.
