Its a hell of alot easier to win at LSU than at Tn. This is a poor comparison
dude, u honestly dont know your SEC history. Before 2000, Tenn was a much better football program. also, u actuaaly beleive its easier in the same division as alabama, arkansas, auburn, (hisotrically). I'd like to know how u came to this conclusion
Because the recruiting base in La is exponentially better than Tenn. The Blue Chip talent in La. is enough to carry your program just about every year as long as you have a coach that can recruit well.

This is true because LSU was horrible before 2000. We were losing the recruiting battles for the best in-state talent. These were the Hallman, Dinardo years and coaching was not exactly the greatest either.
Whats so hard to understand about this? Go back and look at Fulmers roster during his glory years....most of them were recruits from out of state.

Please.

I hate our fans!
One freakin' regular season loss since 2010! Defending SEC champion! Ranked in the top ten!
Consistently top 5 recruiting classes!
I remember eating breakfast at the Pentagon cafeteria 25 years ago reading the Revielle and hoping to see us in the top 20 (back then). You bunch of clowns have NO IDEA how bad it can get!
You idiots think the grass is greener? Keep this shite up and you'll get to see for yourself what it's like to have multiple .500 seasons, half empty stadiums and no televised games.
I remember when your true love, Saban said that one reason for his moving on were that "our expectations had become unreasonable".
Goddamn ya'll are stupid!

If so, he is most definitely coaching in the wrong place.

Question for Miles Bashers
we need a legit OC.
we need a legit OC.
Miles is great at what he does, but we need a legit OC.
This This This.
I wonder who disagrees that we need a new OC.
We play the same plays on an ou that we are so predictable.
A 10 yr old could write better plays than what we played against Florida.

Some of you clowns kill me.You do realize this cat makes 4 mil a year to prepare this team to perform to the best of their abilities, correct? Do you believe he is earning that pay?

r u earning yours ? can millions of people watch u do your job and critisise every single thing u do ? of course not. just having to deal with "the mania" of some fans justifies the 4 mill .

Are you on drugs? If not maybe you should be.
Posted on 10/8/12 at 6:51 pm to FightinTiga
He gets paid 4 mill a year to win football games, run a clean program, graduate players, recruit and do public speaking engagements. Other than the public speaking part, tasks he has performed quite well.

Saban and the Bama fanbase are a perfect fit. The Bama fans don't bitch and whine like the LSU kids. When Auburn came back from a large defict to beat Bama a couple of years ago, the Bama fans never called for Saban's head. Bama lost to ULM and Bama fans never called for his head. LSU called for Saban's head, when he lost the bowl game. Bama fans realize what they have and appreciate it. LSU fans don't appreciate crap and the so called LSU "fans" expect LSU to be undefeated in every sport. My how things have changed. I remember a march supporting Miles and not wanting him to leave for Michigan. You people who are calling for Miles' head are fricking idiots.

Miles needs to find an OC with as much skill and respect as the Chief.
Posted on 10/8/12 at 7:00 pm to BRTIIGER58
You're right. We've been given a big Miles shite sandwich and we all have to take a bite.
The only hope is for him to hire a real OC and let the man coach, scheme and call the plays.
If not, we're screwed.
So, we're screwed.

I'm not a Miles basher, I won't be one but I have to voice concerns at this point.
We have major issues on the offensive side of the ball. No news item as of late.
However, this was said earlier in another post and it sums up exactly how I feel as far as getting a new HC is concerned:

No way in heck do I want a coaching change.. except for OC. I love Miles running the program as a whole.

He can continue being paid to do those things he is capable of doing, calling plays is not one of them.

Voicing concerns in a level headed way is stupid?
Sorry, but I'm not going to bury my head in the sand and pretend everything is working fine and we just "haven't been executing" for 6 weeks now. (Well, 5 weeks, we looked ready to play against Washington.)
