This is my first year as a season ticket holder. For 5 years previously I made the $100 donation to build up points. Do I still need to continue to do that on top of my regular TAF season ticket holder donation or will that ticket donation still give me those points since it's already over $100?

Anything extra you give helps with priority points for away games and bowls.

It is my understanding that a TAF donation is still required with the seat donation. At least that is what I have done for years.....contributing the $100 to TAF and paying the seat donation. At least I am building up points even if it is not required, Helps with the away games and bowl games.

Does anyone know what the annual cash in take is at the TAF when you back out the Seat donation?

If they say annual income is 100 million. minus 90 million in seat donations leaves you with 10 million actually raised with out the seat donation. Curious as to know what that annual income is minus the seat and suite donation. What kind of cold hard cash are they bringing in?

For the 3 bonus points, you will need to donate the $100 separately from your seat donation.

The seat donations don't go towards new seats and upgrades, only to away game and bowl game allocations. LINK

Lifetime Ranking
Lifetime giving points include all donations made to TAF philanthropic projects and ticket surcharges, these points are used to assign away game tickets and bowl tickets.

Philanthropic Ranking

Philanthropic points are based only on donations made to philanthropic projects (see the bar on the left side of the page for full listing) and are used to assign new tickets and parking as well as upgrades to these items.

No, you do not.

However, you need to continue contributing $100 if you still want to get TAF points and move up in the rankings. (Upgrade seats, away and postseason tix, etc). The tradition fund associated with your tickets does not get you the 3 bonus points, nor does it count in your philanthropic ranking.

If you are happy with your current seats and don’t ever need away or postseason tickets, there is no need to continue donating unless you simply want to donate.
