Why there is so much emphasis in the local and national media that he is from Ohio but they don't talk about where other QBs are from? Justin Fields plays for OSU and I don't know where he is from, Hurts plays for Oklahoma and you don't hear where he is from, and I am sure Tua is not from Alabama.

And Tua is 100% from Tuscaloosa.

JB has lots of Mississippi roots too. His father and grandfather played at MooState and his grandmother was a very good basketball player.

I thought just his grandfather and grandmother went to MSU. I think Jimmy went to Nebraska.
But he was a big MSU fan.

Because LSU and Burrow is a feel good story. OSU, Clemson, Alabama, and to a degree Oklahoma and their qbs were suppose to be in the playoffs. LSU and Burrow - not so much. Add in Coach O and everyone loves a cinderella story.
