With replay on it got me to thinking?

It Racy McMath takes the face mask penalty and breaks Waddels neck on the punt return and if the coaches don’t distract Stingy on the busted play, are they down by 30 at half?

I still can’t believe Dickerson wasn’t kicked out of the game

Watching this replay, they didn't do shite until injuring Vincent. And we gave him so much shite going into the game as being the weak link.

DSmith and Najee were lethal in that game. Why Saban didn't run Harris more in the 1st half will haunt him for the rest of the year.

Because he had (what he thought) was the best QB and wide receiver group in the country. He was wrong of course, but that’s what he was going with and Harris has not been that productive up to that point this year.

The game plan was to stop the WRs as they were the top in the country. If they would have fed Harris I think Aranda would have adjusted at half

adding to that, if we make a single stop on that drive in the second half when they converted a 3rd and 19 and multiple 4th downs, and also play prevent on the long smith TD near the end, we win the game by 19. game had no business being that close

While we're playing the what if game we'd also have to add in their blunders

What if they don't throw a stupid INT before the half?

What if Tua doesn't fumble the ball without being touched as they're knocking on the goal line?

That “what if” game isn’t as fun.

Good post and funny how we forget their mistakes.
If they score instead of the Tua fumble and Saban runs out the clock at the half there is no telling the outcome of that game.

At the end of the season I hope we sit back 15-0 and say the Bama team was our toughest opponent.

I get it as LSU played gumps alot better than the score showed. BUT.....A whole BUNCH of 'What Ifs' here. Sounds like an ole piss post. Don't forget, there were mistakes made on both sides of the ball. Take the 'W' and move on...

SEC CHAMPS........

Why not include the stupid decision to play bump and run with no safety backup on the last TD??

That was a one-play screwup that should have never happened also.

Didn’t start this threat to play “what if’s”
Rewatching noticed how close Alabama was to being shut out at home in the first half, for the committee to tell our guys they are not a complete team only 8 days later.
