He is the heart and soul of the defense. Turned them around last year in the Super Bowl when he jumped some arse.

That’s why they made him team MVP last year. He is absolutely a difference maker.

Glad he figured it out and got his life on track in a good way
Would have been a waste of talent for sure and he seems to want to give back to community as well

He’s just been great. So proud he lived up to his potential. I love success stories and his is a great one. Couldn’t be happier for him

What coulda been!

Probably the most fun LSU player I've ever watched.

And it's a great comfort that if he hadn't had the ending at LSU he had he might not have hit the NFL ground running like he did. It's good to know that while we lost a year of him that was likely the catalyst for a great NFL career.

At least he doesn't hate LSU or see us as the boogyman like some players that left under a cloud do/did. He'll have my eternal love and respect for that alone.

It’s tough, but you have to disconnect from the folks who suck the life out of you. He was always a great guy. He didn’t handle the fame well as a 19 year old and all of the pressures that came with it. He escaped with mj and a group hanging on to him. He cut it all out at once and has become his best self. The guy just wanted play ball and play hard. He cut the crap out of his life that prevented him from doing it. Great example to young athletes on how your life can change by simply getting the negative influences out if your life.

He is on his way to the Hall of Fame. Incredible career and story. Crazy he fell to the third round and was deemed as having character issues because of WEEED

If ever a defensive/ST player deserved to win the Heisman, he was it. I am convinced he would have won the heisman the year after his dismissal.

Outside of Burrow, I’m not sure there’s been a better or more impactful player at LSU than the badger.

100% agree
He has been better for LSU than even PP7 in terms of representing the school and giving it props often. I bet he has also given back in terms of financial support. All of that and he could have simply turned his back to erase that memory. What you saw was him dismissed from football but still attending games to support his team. That is the kind of guy he is.
