Production lost from this “young team”. Tired of rhetoric being speeded.
This is a lot of snaps:
Etling
Guice
Key
Malone
Weathersby
DWilliams (MVP)
DJChark
WClapp (60/40) edited to add him.
RGage
JD Moore
Donte Jackson (asking for a grade- no later than 2nd round and he gone)
CLac
GGilmore
FHeron
EParis
DAlexander
CThompson

Kevin Toliver maybe too. Ed Paris should be able to get injury redshirt. Malone hardly played. I'm not too sure Weathersby is gone.

Paris probably shouldn't be in a production lost column anyway.

You could make a thread like this at the end of every year. Just how it goes at a program like LSU. If you recruit well enough, you shouldn’t notice steep drop offs very often.

Defense

It’s not the defense I’m worried about.

I’m not sure about the offense. It will take a serious coaching job next year.

Offense always begins and ends with the OL, the rest is just having a good scheme to match the personnel you have. LSU has a legit chance to return 4 starters on the OL, a unit that has gotten better each week.

Not to mention were currently the favorite to get the No. 1 OT out of JUCO.

Outside of 5-6 of those guys, we will be upgrading in talent with the next guy in line

This team is in good shape

Our lines should be on point next year. Way better shape in 2018 vs 2017 IMO>

Yep our strengths such as OL will help ease in new QB & RBs. Our WRs will be better. Pass game should be more vertical

Defense will be sick as you have all American types at all 3 levels in Lawrence/White/Greedy

Yea and our 2018 DT recruiting class is looking real good.

I think our QB play will be slightly improved, but reserving reservations!

Impossible. They were so young. So many freshman played and blah blah blah.

LSU should drop football. Why play the games, it's pointless
