Probably Germans but 104.5 - 104.9 connection?

Please complain to them. Everyone loves receiving complaints about something they have no control over.

I find it hilarious that the closer you get to their station on government street the worse the signal gets.

You can switch to the 98.1(2)HD channel for a clear signal.

The station has zero to do with how the signal works so no need to complain to them. Every spring something to do with how the sun is aligned messes up the signal really bad for about a week. Someone a lot smarter than me could explain why but this is what was explained to me once.

I'm not sure what exactly the problem is, but I blame Ponamsky because it just feels right.

Signal reception has nothing to do with the location of the studio. The two transmitters are out of town. 104.5 is in Jackson, LA with a power of 3kw and antenna height 477 feet.
104.9 in Donaldsonville has 3.8kw and antenna height 400 feet. For comparison, their other two full power FMs (98.1 and 100.7) each have nearly 100 kw and antenna height at 1500 feet (co-located on the same antenna).
Range of signal on FM is strictly line of sight, so the higher the antenna, the further the range, which is even more important than power output.

You'd think ESPN would demand a station with a stronger signal...........however this works!!
