1.He will be THE most experienced QB in SEC. Bama, UGA, Tenn all losing their QBS. Have we ever seen a 5th year QB digress??
2. Nuss and Walker will be forced to improve.
3.Daniels will have to make better passes or CBK will start Howard or Nuss.

Jayden Daniels has the potential to be an absolutely elite college QB. It's not like he has a noodle arm, and his acceleration/top speed is insane. When he actually threw the ball down the field, some pretty awesome stuff happened. If he can gain confidence and throw the ball more, he is a potential Heisman winner.

If he can't adapt and teams start spying him, he very well could get passed up by a more talented thrower.

What are the negatives? We most likely lose a good backup QB AND JD won't be here 3-4 more years to get us back I the playoff conversation.

Agreed I think CBK is very honest with his players and he knows he has a top 3 receiving talent in thw country. I guarantee you he told Daniels he improved this year ,but he must pass better or one of the other guys will beat him out.

There is nothing but positives when a 5th year, returning starting QB, that got you to the SEC CG!

This is a good thing, and there is no debate.

We have an experienced qb returning next year. And a good one at that. There are much worse positions to be in. I’m excited.
