The "race crd" is getting old and worn out...several black Democrat mayors in major American cities are calling for American black MEN to accept responsibility for their own lives and their own actions...the mayor of Philadelphia said for them to "quit blaming the white man for everything"! No one on here has used any slurs to my knowledge. But ALL Americans need to face up to some facts...equal rights means equal responsibilities...not equal outcomes!

When did this happen?

Let me guess, you're defending players breaking team rules and getting into bar fights?

I just asked if "thug" was a replacement for the "n-word"?
can you answer that, Dr. Phil?
-Who blamed the white man?
-Who said that black men should not be accountable?
See how you're exposing yourself?

From what I just heard, the players are even saying that JJ was in trouble and it seems to be common knowledge amongst the players that JJ stepped on homeboys face. Y'all remember tiger2367 or whatever the other night? That was player.

Or in your view, hang them now and have the trial later?
You have no clue as to what is actually happening do you?
You really want your pound of flesh don't you?
You want a fu cking execution and you want it NOW.

There was a small rash on the top right of his forehead, but I don't think it was that bad to be a "stomping" like everyone is indicating. Almost just like he got shoved.

This.
Breaking Curfew is worse than lynching, dog attacks, mortgage fraud, pre-emptive strikes, illegal medical experiments, abortion, etc.

WOW, I didn't know there were rules to bar fights. I once got in a fight with a friend against a couple other guys in a bar. My friend bit the ear off of one of the guys.
Just so you know.... there are NO rules in bar fighting. NONE! Curb stomping someone in a bar fight is no more "thuggish" than just getting in a bar fight period.
If the guy who got curb stomped (allegedly) wasn't aware that there was a chance of this happening, then he shouldn't be getting in bar fights.
It's comical that someone actually thinks this is NOT a bar fight just cause someone got kicked.
This wasn't some sanctioned boxing match. There isn't rules what you can and can't do.

Whether or not JJ and any other players deserve to be charged with any crime is up to the police. "Apparently" is not the same as "did do." BUT- I don't think anyone can deny that JJ and others just showed their asses by violating curfew and bringing LSU into the headlines over a barfight. I'm hearing a lot of witnesses saying that JJ kicked someone in the head. I'm not really hearing anyone say that they were "just there" or trying to stop anything. I think it's clear that they were involved in a barfight, whether or not they committed criminal acts.
Miles is going to do what Miles is going to do, I just hope whatever he does includes a plan for beating Oregon.

i don't get why people keep saying "we have to wait until the facts come out" b/c miles has all relevant facts, for all intents and purposes
If you're referring to my comment, then let me clarify. I wasn't just talking about the facts of the fight. I am also talking about waiting to see what punishments Miles dishes out. Just because he hasn't announced suspensions yet does not mean they are not coming. And suggesting that he doesnt' care or is "sweeping this under the rug" at this point is retarded. That said, I've said all along that he needs to decide what he's going to do real quick. Gotta get the backups ready immediately.

The rash on that dudes face is from the concrete. Nobody has said that JJ was curbstomping repeatedly, but he did step on his head. Several bystanders have come forward. Some of the players even saw it. Jj is definitely out for the UO game right now.
And y'all check my post history. I haven't said one negative word about him.

i could be wrong
I don't think you could skirt that. Not with the public knowledge of this. Before it was easier, but any connection offering a benefit to the student athlete, including paying benefits (i.e. settlement) to others they had harmed would easily be a violation.
With the NCAA looking to set examples, this would not look good for LSU which is currently on probation.
So the player would be held accountable if a third party, who obviously already has a beef with the player, accepted money? I suppose the booster giving the money or benefit could be interpreted as lack of institutional control but it still seems a stretch if no players or school officials are involved.

Smart move to not go in. No requirement to do so without a warrant. No reason to implicate themselves.
