We have all seen and heard the discussions around CPM’s in game decisions. Questionable all the time.

But IMO the failure seems to be player progression and development

Which is why the entire staff needs to go, not just PM

Players plateau under Maineri and rarely elevate.

It’s bizarre how long it takes to identify our best regular players for our starting lineup.

Our pitching may be even worse. We are in the middle of SEC play and we have two major injuries and no one close to being ready to take their places. Money has no business starting an SEC game right now. We have no pen. Kids disappear.

Because PM is completely out of touch with this program

He doesn’t recruit
He doesn’t coach pitching
He doesn’t coach hitting

He doesn’t do shite outside of writing lineups and pressers

Uh, not so fast.

He does maintain a handy list of excuses for his team’s failures.
