Peterman made a pretty good read right there.

Canada called a touchdown play. The fullback tripped over himself on the one foot line. I'd say that is on the player not the coach. Yes the coach called the play utilizing the fullback as a runner...10 of the players executed perfectly and he had a clear path to the end zone. Shame on him for not jogging into the end zone like he should have.

Good throw. This kid reminds me of Etling. Not a very strong arm but puts good touch on the ball.

Your QB is having a rough game, what do you do ? Trust him, tell him youre my guy now go make the throw and he throws a beautiful bomb
Take notes Cam and Les.
You don't lose confidence and make the kid hand it off every play.

And just that quick. Pitt hits back with a touchdown

Canada made a good call...the qb and receiver executed nicely. O-line blocked well enough too.

Pitt now averaging 9.5 yards per play

Where is prepsportsallday? He's the one who's been obsessing about Canada's offense's lack of a downfield passing attack. Looked pretty sharp downfield to me right there.

They are now averaging 9.6 yards per play
For reference, they awful Pitt defense is giving up 6.6 yards/play

That was on the player for sure. I'm not crazy about the jet sweep pass with the OL before that, but I understand you'll see some of that in a bowl game.

What happened I walked away for a sec and they scored? Kick return?

That one play doesn't mean shite in the big picture. Peterman had 26 TDs and only 6 INTs coming into this game. So he's been probably been making a lot of good decisions. But to act like a QBs decisions aren't somewhat related to his coaching is ludicrous
If it doesn't mean shite in the big picture, why is the bad play in one game due to bad execution placed on the coaches?
Overall numbers tell a story on how a kid is coached. Individual plays tell the story on if the kid is due for a good or bad game as far as execution. Which, again, is the responsibility of the player. Not the coach.

Mouton prolly licking his chops. I wonder if most of the team is watching.
