As previously stated this is a very close team and are working extremely hard. They obviously have a chip on their shoulders and are out to prove themselves! Preparation/attitude/talent leads to good things this fall

Working out by yourself is boring as frick.
Working out as a group is a whole lot of fun and builds a ton of comradery.
ETA: This is the exact reason CrossFit is popular.

Coaches have figured out they can get great results by turning summer conditioning from trying to beat them down to turning it into basically a sport of its own all the while giving them adequate rest, hydration, and food.
